FAQs
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes - contact us before dropping off to confirm I'm at the workshop. I'm often out on collections, deliveries or mobile work, so a quick call or message saves a wasted trip. If daytime drop-off doesn't work, we can arrange something - just ask.
How long does a service take?​
Essential: 1-2 days / Standard: 2-3 days / Premium: 3-5 days. These assume standard parts are in stock - if your bike needs anything unusual, turnaround depends on supplier delivery times. We'll let you know upfront if there's likely to be a delay.
What are your opening hours?
Generally 9am - 6pm weekdays, but flexible - just get in touch to arrange a time that works. Closed weekends, though we can usually accommodate weekend drop-off or collection if needed.

Collection and return service available - £30 within 10 miles of CW8 2BJ.
